Our customer service team is available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. We are here to assist you with any queries or concerns during these hours.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of being placed.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 4-6 working days after dispatch.

Metro areas may receive orders within 4 days.

Please allow additional transit time for remote locations.

Delivery Coverage

We primarily ship through Shiprocket, and delivery is limited to their coverage areas.

For addresses not covered by Shiprocket, we will attempt to use alternate delivery partners.
